Leadership Responsibilities
Chair Responsibilities
- Attends EACC meetings and represents the interests of the Users Forum
- Keeps UF members informed of EACC and ITS activities through designated
avenues
- Establishes the meeting calendar and works with ITS to schedule and publicize
meetings
- Determines, with other Users Forum leadership, what committees should be
formed and who serves as committee chairs
- Conducts at least four meetings annually and meets with committees, as necessary
- Assists with maintenance of feedback mechanism
- Reviews and approves meeting minutes; Submits final version to the secretary
within two days of receipt
Vice Chair Responsibilities:
- Works with chair and performs duties of chair in the absence or disability of the chair
- Attends all Users Forum meetings
- Assists with maintenance of feedback mechanism
Secretary
- Attends all Users Forum meetings
- Takes minutes of all proceedings
- Maintains a sign-in sheet for all members attending meetings.
- Prepares meeting minutes and sends a draft to the chair within two weeks of any
Users Forum meetings
- Keeps all records and shares records with UF membership, as needed
Committee Chairs
- Maintains communications with the leadership team and responds to requests from the chair and/or leadership team
- Speaks for and represents committee at UF meetings (and other meetings, as needed)
- Conducts meetings
- Presents verbal and written reports of committee activities and other outcomes
- Attends all Users Forum meetings
Student Representative
- Attends all Users Forum meetings
- Share student concerns, issues, requests, etc.
- Reports UF activities and other outcomes to the student body
